All plant and seed sales are final.
Shipping
True Vine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a shipment has left our facilities with a tracking confirmation number, ownership of the item(s) is transferred to the buyer. However, we will provide assistance to the best of our abilities. If a package is delayed, please contact us.
True Vine does not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.
Regular delivery: 5-7 business days.
Express delivery: within 3 business days.
Overnight delivery: available for most items shipping within the contiguous U.S., with some limitations shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Seeds Ship Free: Free standard shipping on seeds only. Additional charges will apply for expedited shipping methods. If seeds are included in an order with non-seed items, shipping charges for those items will still apply.
Notes
We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Items ordered together may be shipped separately, and occasionally, items may be temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.
